Shipping policy

Order Processing may take anywhere from 3 -7 business days but often times sooner.

Should any product or item be out of stock, you will be contacted. However, your delay in response will delay shipping inevitably. 
Without response, you will automatically be refunded for that item or product. 

After the order processing timeframe, shipping may take anywhere from 3-10 days depending on order destination and shipping method selected.

Once the parcel has been sent to the shipping carrier, Celestial Soul Gallery is not responsible for any lost packages/parcels. 

USPS packages/parcels are insured when sent via First Class & Priority. Should a parcel/package be lost, the cost will be refunded to Celestial Soul Gallery at which we will resend the order to the customer. Parcels/packages that fall under this instance will be processed and reshipped within 10-15 days.
